Principal Recruitment Consultant – Strategy & Planning Recruitment 

Zoe Edwards is a Principal Recruitment Consultant at The Industry Club, specialising in Strategy & Planning recruitment for creative agencies, marketing agencies and in-house brand teams across London, the UK and Europe. 

She works across permanent and freelance roles, acting as a specialist headhunter for planners and strategists from junior and mid-weight level through to Strategy Directors and Heads of Strategy. 

Having worked agency-side at Publicis and VCCP as a Business Director, Zoe brings first-hand insight into how strategy operates within agencies and how planning, creative and client teams intersect day-to-day. Her focus is on aligning strategic capability, creative ambition and cultural fit.
