Account management isn’t always well understood or valued, but it’s what makes good work happen — connecting clients, creative and delivery.
Today’s roles are broader and more demanding: commercial partners, team orchestrators, and increasingly responsible for bringing clarity to workflows and AI-enabled ways of working. We recruit client services talent across creative agencies, brand teams and in-house agencies.
Before hiring begins, we work with you to define what’s actually needed — shaping role, seniority and team structure so it works in practice, not just on paper.
We support permanent, freelance, and fixed-term hires, connecting clients with proven talent, including individuals not actively on the market.
CANDIDATES
Client services roles have broadened; expectations are higher. The role is more demanding, but when it works well, client services remains central to agency life.
We work with Account Executives through to Managing Partners across agencies, brands and in-house teams, supporting permanent, freelance and fixed-term moves.
We help you understand how client services roles are really operating inside agencies, from commercial responsibility and senior exposure to pace, pressure and working style, so you can make a move that actually makes sense for where you are in your career.
