Bespoke Training
We partnered with The Industry School to deliver a tailored training programme for the team at Sainsbury’s Zest. Following an initial project management training workshop for the wider team, they went on to create and deliver three bespoke workshops, focused on PM for Senior Leads, Content Production and In-House Agency Finance.
From the outset, The Industry School took the time to understand the challenges we faced and the areas where we wanted to develop further. The sessions were engaging, collaborative and highly relevant to our day-to-day ways of working, striking a great balance between strategic thinking and practical application. The bespoke workshops in particular added real value for the team, with actionable takeaways that could immediately be put into practice.
We had great feedback from the team throughout, and The Industry School were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
