I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and came away feeling like I had a thorough refresher on what it takes to truly lead, and run your projects effectively. Melissa and Jo were a joy, very personable, very practical, and very funny too which made the day super enjoyable. The practicality I was super grateful for, as real life examples to discuss as a team made it all sink in. I can honestly say the day made me feel more confident in my role, more skilled up and more able! A great day, would highly recommend.
