Proactive Client Development.

I really enjoyed the workshop and would definitely recommend it to others. I
What I appreciated most was how the session balanced commercial strategy with the human side of client management. The discussions around trust, diplomacy, collaboration, and becoming a proactive partner rather than simply reacting to client requests were particularly valuable.
Some of the points that stood out to me were:
- Understanding the difference and overlap between account management and project management
- Adapting communication styles to different personalities and stakeholders
- Thinking beyond deliverables and focusing on client outcomes and business goals
- Identifying opportunities for strategic growth within existing accounts
- The idea of making clients feel genuinely valued through small details and proactive communication
The trainer created a very engaging environment and explained concepts in a way that felt realistic and directly applicable to day-to-day client work.
