Understanding Agency Finance
The course was great and demystified some of the 'scary' things that I have always been too 'numbers averse' to dig into. Over the years in my role as an agency leader, I've been able to use the excuse that I'm a Creative to avoid finance conversations, but this course showed me that I actually have the grounding to be an active part of the planning. I feel like I now have the confidence to hold my own in key discussions and even be a leading part in starting, shaping, and monitoring the budgeting and forecasting process.
