Revolt had the pleasure of working with melissa and The Industry Club team for a series of workshops, and the experience was fantastic. Melissa's expertise and passion for upskilling teams was clear from the moment we started working together. She took the time to understand Revolt's unique needs and challenges, and tailored the workshops accordingly. her approach was super engaging and interactive, making sure that everyone in our team felt involved and invested in the learning process. What impressed us most about the team was their ability to help us embed our own unique process throughout the workshops instead of offering generic solutions, that being said, their industry experience was also invaluable to bring best practice to the table. As a result of the workshops we have seen a huge step change in both the way our team interacts internally with different departments but also how that has improved our output for clients too. We can't wait to work with the team again and are keen to embed their ways of working into a regular update for new joiners.
