Setting up a new in-house agency based on existing resources provided a unique set of challenges. One of the main ones was how to rapidly evolve a team of account and project managers equipped to deliver a high volume of creative campaigns with everything that entails.
The Industry Club tailored our existing training workshops with bespoke content to create a programme focusing on stakeholder management (account management) and campaign management skills (project management).
Three trainers delivered a 2-day offsite workshop, using case studies, skills practice exercises, tested frameworks, and templates which enabled team members to share their challenges, contribute ideas for the new operating model and take learnings that helped them move into their new roles with confidence and a shared understanding of what was required in the new agency.
The result was a team who felt confident and equipped to deliver what was asked of them and who were proud of the role they would play in driving the in-house offering.
