The workshop was interactive, educational and informative. Although I was one of the less experienced members on the call, I was made to feel welcome, included and supported and feel the day was incredibly beneficial. It’s often easy to sit quietly by and watch during a remote training session, but Jo made sure that everyone had a chance to speak up and share their opinion.
