Ask any in-house leader what the fundamental building blocks for a successful internal agency are, and 'amazing Creative Director' will be on the list. We started the search for our very own Creative Director, buoyed by (largely false) optimism that our usual methods would quickly reveal the ideal candidate. Many wonderful candidates were indeed found, but none were quite right, and we knew it was time to bring in the big guns. Cue The Industry Club.
By now the clock was ticking, but after taking our brief, Melissa and Farzana swiftly delivered a shortlist of five candidates. Not only was the turnaround speedy, TIC did all the legwork and provided useful summaries of each candidate and why they would be right for the role. The often interminable process of checking availability and tying down dates was managed efficiently by TIC, and every individual we met (and we met them all) was a strong contender.
