Great sessions with Melisa and Jo on upskilling the department as we embark on our journey with consolidating Project Management responsibilities into Account Management. Really discursive sessions discussing important practical advice and anecdotes around project management fundamentals, shining a spotlight on this vital role and which can hopefully be put into practice straight away. Always great to get a fresh perspective on your own ways of working too. We look forward to working with them in future on other focus areas.
