Senior Project Manager – CRM Delivery

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to take ownership of a prestigious account?
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing high-volume CRM communications, specifically email and direct mail (DM), from initial brief through to final delivery.
In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM communications, acting as the central point of contact across client services, strategy, creative, copy, design, production and deployment teams. You’ll oversee project workflows, manage budgets and timelines, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all communications are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM communications across email and direct mail, from briefing and planning through to production, approval and final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and high-volume creative briefs simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets and resource planning, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of CRM assets, working closely with copy, creative, design, production and relevant technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder reviews, feedback and approval processes, ensuring all communications meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, cost estimates, resource bookings and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with client leadership and account teams to manage incoming briefs, forecast workload and balance priorities against team capacity.
- Monitor project budgets, revenue reconciliation and project spend in collaboration with finance and account teams.
- Ensure email and direct mail communications are delivered accurately, with strong attention to detail across content, data, personalisation, formats and final production requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes and enhance the efficiency and quality of CRM delivery.
- Experienced: Currently operating at Senior Project Manager level, with experience managing complex, high-volume projects from briefing through to delivery. Experience in CRM, email and direct mail communications is essential.
- Highly Organised: Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
- A Strong Relationship Builder: Confident working with clients and cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships and communicating effectively at all levels.
- Commercially Minded: Experienced in managing budgets, project costs, resource allocation and financial reporting.
- A Proactive Problem Solver: Able to anticipate challenges, manage changing priorities and find practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Process Driven: Experienced in project management methodologies, systems and workflows, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative: Skilled at coordinating creative, copy, design, production and technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM communications.
- An Excellent Communicator: Persuasive, empathetic and intellectually curious, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate complex briefs into clear delivery plans.
