You’ll work across a range of brands creating platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms, from reactive social and trend-led content to polished tactical edits and campaign assets.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for culture and a solid understanding of what makes content cut through in-feed. You’ll be equally comfortable developing ideas, filming content, directing talent and editing fast-turnaround videos.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and creator culture
- Experience shooting and editing video, static and carousel content
- Excellent editing instincts across pacing, hooks, storytelling, music and captions
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail
- Develop engaging social-first ideas and content
- Shoot and edit high-quality content across multiple formats
- Create reactive, trend-led and tactical social work
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, social and production teams
- Deliver polished, on-brand work across multiple clients and briefs
