You will be the brand guardian and key in shaping the creative vision, blended with slick operations to make the studio run efficiently and effectively whilst producing the best creative craft.
You will bring your resource management expertise to make a real impact in the creative outputs and efficiencies. Getting everyone organised whilst feeling supported to get the best out of everyone and create the best work!

- Circa £70k+ benefits
- Hybrid working- London- 3 days in the office
- July start date ideally
- Initial 6 month contract- likely to roll
- Lead the in-house creative & content team to ensure the best work can be made in an inclusive, collaborative and inspiring environment
- Ensure brand identity and craft by implementing creative strategies
- Partner with the marketing and design departments to align the overall creative output
- Partner with the production department to push work through across all marketing channels and driving performance
- Resource, capacity and workflow management across the studio
- Managing project budgets, KPI’s and support production teams with scoping of work and report on project performance, aiming to reduce project delivery times where possible
- Align and design workflow process and optimisation for maximum efficiency
- Always looking at improving operational frameworks, ways of working and the creative briefing process
- Must have end to end experience using Monday.com and extensive experience in resource management
- Must have experience from an in-house studio managing complex creative operations in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
- Emotionally intelligent and able to build strong relationships with stake holders
- Experience in Creative operations, project management background helpful too
- Experience working on retail or consumer brands helpful
- A keen eye on craft and brand aesthetics
- Experience or exposure to data analysis and reporting to support business data-driven decision making
- Experience leading and developing high performing creative teams
