We’re working with a large, independent creative agency known for smart, culturally aware and integrated work - plus a genuinely collaborative team.
They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a growing customer engagement division, supporting on everything from social and online video through to CRM, digital campaigns and customer journey projects. Clients are well known, forward thinking brands in the lifestyle, retail, charity sectors.
This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys variety, likes being close to the creative process and is comfortable spinning multiple plates across fast-moving accounts.
The role:
- Leading day-to-day delivery across integrated campaigns and digital projects
- Managing timelines, budgets and workflows across internal teams
- Working closely with strategy, creative and production to shape strong creative output
- Building trusted relationships with clients across a range of sectors
- Supporting campaign development across social, CRM, content, web and multi-channel activity
- Helping drive projects from briefing through to delivery
- Strong agency-side account handling experience at SAM level
- Integrated campaign experience across digital and customer engagement channels
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable in a collaborative, less hierarchical agency environment
- Someone curious, organised and creatively engaged rather than purely process-led
