This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how the brand comes to life in-store, developing everything from retail fixtures and window displays to visual merchandising guidelines and campaign POS across hundreds of retail locations worldwide.
What you'll be doing
- Design retail environments including wall bays, window displays and POS fixtures.
- Create planograms and customer journey layouts.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and supplier-ready specifications.
- Develop retail campaign assets across multiple POS formats.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising and in-store design guidelines.
- Collaborate with production partners, shopfitters and internal marketing teams.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure all assets meet production specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and global campaign rollouts from concept through to delivery.
- Experience designing for retail environments, visual merchandising or in-store display.
- Strong technical drawing and CAD skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar).
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Experience working with shopfitters, fixture manufacturers or retail production partners.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and retail construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium retail is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of international retail environments is an advantage.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys both creative thinking and technical execution. You'll play a key role in delivering retail experiences across international markets, working on everything from concept development and visual merchandising through to production-ready artwork and technical drawings.
