This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who is genuinely immersed in social, understands what makes content travel and wants much more ownership than you would typically get in a junior marketing role.
You’ll join a small, high-performing team responsible for creating, testing and distributing content across the brand’s own channels. The focus is not simply on making content. It’s about understanding what works, testing ideas quickly and using performance data to help shape bigger marketing and commercial decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and scale global creator partnerships across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and emerging platforms, testing performance-based, flat-fee and gifting models to drive content output, views and ROI.
- Identify viral content formats across platforms and educate creators on how to replicate what works.
- Develop and scale global creator acquisition pipelines outside of TikTok Shop, while building efficient creator onboarding and education processes.
- Devise engaging creator campaigns and oversee sampling operations, working with junior assistants to maximise creator participation, motivation, retention and output.
- Identify and execute affordable creator collaborations, while building and refining outreach, messaging and negotiation processes.
- Launch and validate new platforms and distribution channels, including Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and Amazon affiliates, and rapidly test new approaches to creator-led growth.
- Monitor partnership profitability and optimise cost efficiency across creator initiatives, using performance data to identify and scale the strongest opportunities.
- Build repeatable, scalable growth systems rather than relying on a small number of meticulously planned collaborations, while working closely with Paid Social on content usage, rights and creator management.
This role involves building new systems and strategies from scratch, without a predefined roadmap. You’ll need to be proactive in identifying opportunities, learning from what other brands are doing and developing creative strategies that deliver results.
You’ll be testing, launching, refining and scaling new growth strategies every week. We’re looking for someone who is creative, ambitious and persistent, with a strong eye for opportunities that can be scaled.
Why consider it?
This is a genuinely hands-on role within a business experiencing rapid growth. You’ll have the chance to test ideas, see the commercial impact of your work and learn quickly alongside an entrepreneurial marketing team.
There is significant autonomy, creative freedom and scope to progress as the business continues to grow.
