Summary:


My client is a leading brand within the luxury sector is seeking a highly creative Motion Designer to produce engaging, performance-driven content across digital platforms. This is a clientside opportunity working closely with an in-house creative team to develop high-converting social ads and visually compelling video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

This role is working onsite three days per week in London and two days working from home.

The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling instincts with fast-paced editing skills, motion graphics expertise, and a deep understanding of social-first creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-performing short-form video and static ad creatives for Meta and TikTok, using strong hooks and direct-response marketing techniques.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging rough cuts based on scripts, timelines, and creative direction.
  • Sync audio with video content and carry out basic colour correction and lighting adjustments to ensure consistency across edits.
  • Adapt and export content for multiple digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Add subtitles, text overlays, animation, and motion graphics while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, marketers, and senior creatives to manage revisions, organise assets, and deliver projects to deadline.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating experience across motion design, video editing, social content, and paid advertising creatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Excellent understanding of social platform trends, formats, and ad specifications across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Ability to craft engaging stories within short-form content formats (15–30 seconds).
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail across editing, audio, captions, and file management.

  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to improve workflows and troubleshoot independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for timing, transitions, captions, and audio quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times and reactive editing requests.
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to continuously improve creative output.
  • Passionate about storytelling and creating content that captures attention instantly.
