You will partner with heads of departments and other stake holders to support them with key decision- making based on your data analysis/ insights and financial expertise.
You will look to improve reporting process, assessing the quality and consistency of data flow across systems. You will identify gaps in efficiencies and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance data integrity and usability.
You will either come from a finance or data focused background and strong Excel skills are a must!

- Asap start but flexible
- 3 set days a week in the London office (2 remote)
- 3 months initial contract- plan to convert to a permanent role
- £35k-£40k
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders across the business to understand their analytical and reporting needs translating these into clear actionable requirements that support effective decision-making
- Train staff on how best to use the internal tools, dashboards and systems, including supporting with queries and trouble shooting
- Assess the quality, consistency and control of data flows across systems; identify gaps or inefficiencies and provide practical well-reasoned suggestions for improvement to enhance data integrity and usability
- Present insights, reports and recommendations in a clear and concise narrative
- Maintain robust advanced Excel models and dashboards to support planning, forecasting and performance reporting
- Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel models and dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities that can inform and support business strategy and growth
- Look at streamlining and automating reporting processes and management information to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Any ad hoc analysis as and when needed
- Creative, digital, broadcasting or media industry background preferred
- Advanced excel is a must
- A curious, analytical thinker
- Ideally used (or had exposure) to the following: Ariba, SAP, SQL, Tableau and Power BI
- Experience or understanding of finance, including financial accounting concepts
