This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media who is passionate about creators, trends, and brand storytelling. While PR activity and events are managed by external agency partners, you'll help coordinate projects internally to ensure smooth delivery and strong results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and outreach to relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage gifting programmes, creator seeding, product send-outs, and stock coordination to generate organic brand coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agents, media contacts, and brand partners.
- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns from briefing and coordination through to reporting.
- Liaise with PR agency partners to support press outreach, sample requests, product loans, and media opportunities.
- Coordinate product loans, gifting logistics, and inventory management with internal teams and external partners.
- Support the delivery of influencer events, press days, and brand activations, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Monitor influencer and PR coverage, track campaign performance, and produce regular reports.
- Work closely with content and creative teams to identify opportunities to repurpose influencer content for paid social and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of influencer product sheets, campaign materials, and creator briefing documents.
- Around 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the creator landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for social trends, emerging talent, and culturally relevant moments.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and reporting on results.
- Experience working with a fashion, jewellery, footwear, beauty, or lifestyle brand would be highly advantageous.
- Previous luxury influencer experience is not essential, but an appreciation for premium brands and brand storytelling is important.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms, PR tools, or reporting systems is advantageous.
- Proactive and self-motivated, always looking for new opportunities to elevate the brand.
- Collaborative and confident working with internal teams, agencies, creators, and media contacts.
- Creative and commercially aware, bringing fresh ideas for partnerships, gifting initiatives, and campaigns.
- Passionate about social media, creator culture, and building meaningful brand connections.
