A leading global creative agency is looking for an Account Director (or experienced SAM) to join one of its flagship accounts.
This is a hands-on client services role leading the delivery of CRM and customer engagement campaigns from brief through to production. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, data and project management teams to deliver high-quality, integrated work while building trusted client relationships.
The client is a well known name in the financial services sector.
You'll be:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of CRM and customer engagement campaigns
- Managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day partner
- Working collaboratively with strategy, creative, data and production teams
- Overseeing budgets, timings and commercial performance
- Spotting opportunities to grow the account and improve ways of working
- Strong Account Director experience within a creative, CRM or integrated agency
- A solid background delivering CRM, lifecycle or customer engagement campaigns
- Excellent client management and stakeholder skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing complex projects
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine passion for great work
