The Role
You’ll lead the visual direction across digital-first campaigns, working across social, film, and DRTV. This role suits someone who can move easily between formats, from social content to longer-form video, while occasionally supporting print and OOH.
What You’ll Do
- Lead visual concepts from idea through to final execution
- Create digital-first, high-impact campaign work across channels
- Storyboard, direct, and develop motion and video content
- Work closely with copywriters and strategists to deliver cohesive ideas
- Present and sell creative work internally and to clients
- Strong portfolio with digital campaigns and video/motion work
- Experience in motion graphics (After Effects)
- Video editing skills (Premiere; Avid a plus or willingness to learn)
- Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident concepting as well as executing
- Clear communicator, able to articulate ideas effectively
