Production is second nature to you — from concept through to execution — and you bring a positive, collaborative mindset to every project. With a strong balance of creativity and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering award-winning, experience-led work that reflects our creative-first approach.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative production of projects from briefing to delivery, collaborating closely with project management and client experience teams to bring both client objectives and creative visions to life.
- Seamlessly manage a diverse range of projects, including brand installations, experiential activations, and digital experiences.
- Oversee production budgets, timelines, and logistics with confidence, adaptability, and a calm approach to creative problem-solving.
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships through clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive service mindset.
- Manage suppliers effectively, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Contribute strategically by understanding both the creative and commercial objectives behind each project, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain an exceptional attention to detail across every stage of production.
- Stay informed and inspired by emerging technologies, innovation, and integrated experience trends.
- A collaborative and positive team player with a passion for experiential production.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows.
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike.
- Naturally curious about innovation, technology, and evolving audience experiences.
Experience: experience with brand experience, experiential and live events
