This is a hybrid client services/project management role suited to someone commercially aware, highly organised and confident managing client relationships day to day while also owning delivery across multiple moving projects.
You’ll work closely with a Senior Account Director across a portfolio of accounts, including a major global tech client, helping to drive integrated campaigns spanning content, ABM, research, digital and go-to-market activity.
The agency is small and agile, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture where people are given real ownership and autonomy. They’re looking for someone proactive, bright and solutions-focused who enjoys spinning multiple plates and building strong client relationships.
The role:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and campaign delivery
- Own projects from briefing through to delivery
- Work closely with strategy, creative, content and media teams
- Keep projects on time, on budget and running smoothly
- Support commercial growth across accounts
- Confidently manage stakeholders and push back where needed
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on key accounts
- Previous experience within a B2B agency environment
- Strong integrated campaign/project management experience
- Commercial awareness and excellent organisation skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management
- Proactive, self-starting and collaborative mindset
- Interest in marketing, technology and creative communications
