Freelance Account Director role, In house Agency

Must have strong brand advertising experience delivering ATL campaigns end to end, specifically TVC
In house agency is looking for a talented Account Director to join the team of a major entertainment and media brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on bold, high-profile campaigns for some of the most recognisable content and products in the market.
The team acts as the central brand and creative hub, delivering brand strategy, design, advertising, promotions and broadcast creative across multiple European territories. Working closely with internal specialists as well as a network of external agencies and production partners, the team is responsible for producing exciting, culturally relevant work that keeps the brand at the forefront of entertainment.
As Account Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the creative process, partnering with creative, strategy and production teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels. From early brief through to final delivery, you’ll help shape and steer creative work that reaches millions of viewers.
Key responsibilities:
• Partner with senior creative leadership to guide integrated campaign teams across creative, strategy and production
• Translate marketing briefs into inspiring and actionable briefs for creative teams
• Lead the delivery of ATL and TTL campaigns across multiple channels and territories
• Champion collaboration across creative, production and marketing teams to produce standout work
• Build strong relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard
• Present campaign work and updates confidently to senior stakeholders
About you:
• Strong experience delivering integrated and ATL campaigns across multiple channels including TVC
• A genuine passion for creativity and the role it plays in building powerful brands
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and complex project teams
• Highly organised with strong commercial awareness, production and project management skills
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery
Location:
West of London office with a hybrid working model
