This isn’t a traditional PR role. It sits across press, partnerships, influencer, events and ultimately ideas, with a focus on getting the brand talked about in the right places, in the right way.
You’ll be responsible for creating smart editorial angles, driving meaningful coverage and developing high-impact partnerships.
This is an early-stage, high-growth environment which is fast-moving, collaborative and idea-led. Would suit someone entrepreneurial who wants to roll their sleeves up and gets involved and shape the direction of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning all external communications across press, partnerships and brand storytelling
- Securing high-quality coverage in national and broadsheet titles
- Developing strong editorial angles that challenge category norms and drive conversation
- Identifying and delivering a small number of standout partnerships that genuinely cut through
- Reacting to cultural moments and turning them into relevant PR opportunities
- Working closely with founders on messaging, narrative and thought leadership
- Supporting and evolving influencer partnerships, with scope to take full ownership over time
- Developing ideas for activations, events and campaigns that translate into press
Who this suits:
- Background in PR, editorial or ideas-led agency environments
- Strong media instincts and relevant press contacts - ideally in interiors or retail
- Naturally creative, able to generate ideas and angles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment
