They have a great culture, and you will be joining a small, established and collaborative finance team to cover a maternity leave.
They will give you autonomy and freedom to tweak and implement new systems, process, accounting tools etc where relevant. They are excited to learn different ways of working and how they can improve the smooth function of the finance department.
You will mentor and support 2 junior members of the team (AP and AR) and support the Head of finance with integral commercial and business decisions.
- June start (ideally)
- 4 days in the office (possibly flexible)
- 12 month contract
- Up to £65k+ benefits
- Full ownership of the monthly management accounts – P&L, balance sheet. Revenue recs etc
- Month end and year end reporting
- Commercially analyse all reports and data to assist with business critical decision making and business growth and profitability
- Oversee the AP and sales ledger process including expenses and credit cards
- Business partner with the client services team to ensure projects are profitable and set up for success
- Support with year end stat accounts, VAT, tax etc
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) (Or at final stages)
- Used to working in a fast paced environment (and enjoy it!)
- Commercial thinker
- Must be happy in a hands on finance role with great attention to detail
- Ideally experience in an events, production, creative, design agency
- Confident making your own decisions
- Comfortable with excel and experience using various accounting software
- AI literate and curious
