An exciting new opportunity for a social media specialist at a small but highly creative agency based in central London.
Looking for a Social Media expert to take ownership of organic social channels for a major skincare brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social platforms as living, cultural spaces. Someone who has a deep understand of pop culture and knows how to build relevance, connection and consistency through community, content and real-time engagement.
The successful candidate will operate as a very close extension of the client team, working collaboratively and confidently to represent the brand voice across platforms. This role suits someone who is socially fluent, culturally aware and confident to make recommendations and educate.
Key responsibilities:
• Community management & engagement - act as the day-to-day voice of the brand across key social platforms incl TT and Insta
• Engage proactively with relevant cultural moments, creators and conversations
• Identify opportunities to participate meaningfully in trending discussions
Content & calendar management - own the social content calendar, including copywriting, scheduling and publishing
• Write short-form copy across captions, comments, bios, stories and reactive moments
• Contribute ideas informed by platform behaviour, trends and community insight
Strategy & insight - track weekly performance highlights, community moments and cultural observations
• Use data, listening and platform insight to inform optimisation and recommendations
• Opportunity to contribute to short-form content creation, filming or editing, where skills and interest allow
