This is a newly created role due to the ongoing growth and success of the agency.
You will be the ’heart’ of the creative department where you will partner with creatives to ensure the best project output and efficiencies whilst creating a platform for creative talent to thrive.
You will work with an extensive and impressive client list and well known brands, whilst working with the nicest bunch of creatives!
You will be pivotal in making sure the right people are working on the right client briefs at all times.
Stakeholder management skills will be key, having a keen eye and passion for craft yourself to partner with ECDs to make the most innovative & creative work!
You will be given full autonomy to make the role your own, partnering with the Ops department.
- £55k-£65k
- Flexible hybrid working- Central London office
The role:
- Run stand ups with the creative teams and give them plans and guidance on what briefs to work on and when
- Proactively flag any upcoming bottle necks, gaps or conflict
- Align holidays, timelines and forecasts with project plans
- Oversee all freelance spend and look at making cost savings and efficiencies where you can
- Build out a talent pool of creative talent
- Always be on top of all staff capacity planning
- Systems and process improvements – increase visibility and efficiency etc
- Commercials and reporting including tracking budgets/ forecasting/ utilisation reports/ burn reports etc
- Manage any creative conflicts across the business
- Promote collaboration and resource sharing wherever possible
- Partner with heads of departments on resource needs and project scoping, avoiding scope creep
- Advise on any permanent recruitment needs
- Ensure productivity at all times
- Must have worked in a Creative/ Integrated/ Digital/ Social agency etc
- Confident in dealing with tricky scenarios calmly and diplomatically and hold people accountable
- Must have extensive (strategic) resource management experience
- Experience using resource management tools, Float ideally
- A natural ‘bed side manner’ when it comes to working with creatives
- Hands on, collaborative and approachable, especially when it comes to last minute project priorities
- Diplomatic and a good problem solver
- Financially savvy to partner with the finance department
- Used to working at pace and high volume
- Very experienced with senior stake holder management
