They are now looking for a Senior CRM Planner to join the team and help design CRM strategies, lifecycle communications and engagement frameworks that bring loyalty programmes and customer relationships to life. The Role This is a strategic CRM planning role, focused on designing how brands communicate with customers over time.
Working alongside loyalty strategists and client teams, you’ll develop lifecycle journeys, engagement frameworks and communication strategies that move brands beyond campaign-led CRM towards relationship-led customer engagement.
You’ll translate loyalty strategy into practical CRM architecture — shaping onboarding journeys, engagement loops, recognition moments and long-term lifecycle communication.
What You’ll Do
- Develop CRM strategies and lifecycle communication frameworks
- Design customer journeys and engagement models
- Translate loyalty strategy into CRM architecture and communication plans
- Use customer insight, behavioural signals and segmentation to shape engagement
- Create outputs such as journey maps, trigger frameworks and contact strategies
- Contribute to strategic thinking across client projects and workshops
- Collaborate with strategy, data, creative and client teams
- Experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing or loyalty programmes
- Ability to design customer journeys and engagement frameworks
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Comfort working across data, strategy and creative teams
