Immediately available Senior Account Director or Business Director with a background in Customer Experience?
6 month FTC with an immediate start at a small independent creative studio - looking for a senior account leader with a specialism in CX / customer engagement / CRM / social to work across retail and entertainment clients. The work sits at the intersection of creativity, data, technology and culture, with recent business wins across loyalty, personalisation and data-led customer engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the studio. You will:
• Lead and grow key client relationships
• Shape and deliver complex CX programmes
• Support new business and opportunity development
This isn’t a traditional agency setup. It’s entrepreneurial, collaborative and fast-moving. You’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership, rolling up your sleeves and helping build something from the inside out.
This is a CX-first role with social media elements - strong customer experience expertise along with social is essential. You’ll need strong experience across:
• CRM and lifecycle communications
• Loyalty and personalisation
• Data-led strategy and activation
• Customer journeys and experience design
• Using social as a CX channel (acquisition, engagement, community and loyalty)
