You will partner with creatives to ensure creativity can thrive whilst keeping all the operations running smoothly.
- Circa £40k (some flex)
- 4 days in the Surrey office (parking available)
- 9 -12 month maternity cover contract
- Ideally February 2026 start date
- Ensure efficiencies and manage the day to day ‘hands on’ creative workflow
- Keep an eye on project pipelines and identify any gaps in skillsets
- Resolve any resource conflicts or bottle necks
- Ensure that the best craft of work is delivered on time and to budget
- Maintain the "black book" roster of trusted freelance talent
- Working with the finance team to track freelancer spend
- Understand the team’s skill set, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Be on top of all projects to provide the correct resource and pipeline plan
- Run resource meetings and enforce process to ensure most efficient ways of working
- Continue to develop processes to adapt to a range of outputs and project types.
- Experience working in the events or experiential space ideally
- Must have previous experience in resource/ workflow management
- Experience using resource management tools
- Used to a fast paced environment and ‘spinning lots of plates’
- Speedy at bringing in freelance talent
- Driven and passionate team player
- Strong problem solver
- Work effectively under pressure and deal with issues confidently and diplomatically
- Great organisation skill and attention to detail
- Approachable and personable
