New Business Director / Head of Growth - Global production agency. London / Hybrid
Dynamic global production agency are looking for an experienced New Business Director / Head of Growth to run the BD function alongside the founders. If you have experience in production and are passionate about working in this environment this is the role for you.
About the role
- Build and nurture relationships with leading agencies, creatives and clients globally
- Own the full pitch process from brief through to presentation
- Develop and execute strategic outreach and sales plans
- Help on marketing and PR when needed
- Follow market trends attend events
About you
- 6+ years in a similar role within a film, production, content or similar industry
- Be able to demonstrate high-value new business in similar area
- Interested in film, production / keen eye for detail
- Excellent at communicating in a busy environment and always able to problem solve in a calm manner
