I'm looking for an Art Director to join a fast-paced in-house creative team working across a portfolio of globally recognised consumer brands. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll help elevate the creative output across the brand portfolio by bringing strong conceptual thinking, visual craft and a deep understanding of social-first creativity.
This role focuses on developing culturally relevant, platform-smart ideas and delivering beautifully crafted work across social, digital, film, photography, OOH and print. While there may be occasional opportunities to work on activations and experiential projects, the core of the role is creating standout creative that resonates in culture and performs across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and art direct work across social, digital, film, photography, OOH, print and design.
- Create engaging, social-first ideas that feel native to each platform and reflect current cultural and digital trends.
- Art direct product shoots with strong attention to detail, including styling, composition and visual presentation.
- Build clear, visually compelling presentations and sell ideas effectively using tools such as Google Slides.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, designers, copywriters and producers to push ideas further while maintaining craft.
- Stay up to date with social, cultural, design and emerging technology trends, translating them into relevant brand work.
- Contribute to integrated campaigns that balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.
You’ll be a conceptual thinker with strong visual craft who can take ideas from concept through to final execution. You’ll be comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, working closely with production teams and delivering high-quality work at pace. Experience within FMCG or drinks brands is beneficial.
Requirements
- Experience creating work across multiple channels, with a clear strength in social-first creative
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and high-quality craft
- Experience across social and digital essential; film and photography experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong awareness of culture, trends and digital platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects
- Excellent visual craft and attention to detail
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient and calm under pressure
- Collaborative and proactive team player
