  • Translate briefs and creative direction into effective digital executions that perform across multiple platforms and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to refine and elevate creative work.
  • Apply and maintain brand systems consistently across digital touchpoints to ensure clarity and coherence.
  • Manage your workload across multiple projects, delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking during concept development and design reviews.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools and platform best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Strong graphic design with hands-on digital design experience.
  • A digital-led portfolio showcasing work across web, social, digital campaigns, CRM and presentation design.
  • Proven ability to design for multiple digital formats, ratios and screen sizes.
  • Proficiency in Figma (essential) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of digital design best practices, including responsiveness, accessibility and performance considerations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Skills
  • Digital Design Expertise: Strong experience designing for digital platforms and understanding how work translates across screens and formats.
  • Visual Craft: Confident use of typography, layout, hierarchy and composition.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: High standards of accuracy, consistency and polish across all outputs.
  • Autonomy: Able to manage and deliver design tasks independently within an established creative direction.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with designers, marketers and stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.
