Summary:

We’re working with a digitally focused marketing agency looking for an Integrated Digital Planner to join on a fixed-term contract from early May through mid-August.

This role sits at the centre of campaign planning, combining audience insight, MarTech understanding and performance data to create integrated marketing plans that are commercially effective and insight-led. You’ll work closely with client services, media, content and project teams to develop and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and content channels.
The Role As an Integrated Digital Planner, you will develop audience-first marketing plans that translate business objectives into integrated campaign strategies.

You’ll help shape go-to-market plans, coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams and ensure campaigns are optimised using data, insight and performance reporting.

The role also requires a strong understanding of MarTech platforms and audience intelligence tools, ensuring they are effectively applied within campaign planning and activation.

What You’ll Do

Integrated Campaign Planning Develop integrated marketing plans across digital, content and campaign channels, ensuring they align with client objectives, budgets and timelines.
Create go-to-market strategies that move from planning through to launch, optimisation and reporting.
Champion audience-first planning, mapping customer journeys and ensuring campaigns are insight-driven.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and objectives are clearly measured.
MarTech Strategy & Application Act as a central point of knowledge for the use of MarTech and audience intelligence platforms within campaign planning.
Collaborate with teams to ensure platforms are effectively leveraged for targeting, automation and campaign performance.
Stay up to date with evolving MarTech tools and best practice.
Data, Performance & Insight Help define campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks and reporting structures.
Analyse campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations.
Apply data-led frameworks to audience planning, segmentation and enrichment.
Campaign Activation Support campaign kick-offs and briefing processes across internal teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaign plans are executed effectively and on time.
Continuously improve internal planning and activation processes.

The Profile
You’ll likely come from a digital agency, integrated agency or performance marketing environment, with experience developing and delivering integrated campaign plans.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy or campaign planning
  • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms, automation tools and audience intelligence
  • Knowledge of media channels, ABM practices and ROI reporting
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
