You will support the team to resource across design/ creative/ content/ motion/ brand/Artwork/ QA / production etc.

- 6 month contracts + (very likely to roll longer term)
- Day rates range between £250-£325 (inside IR35) (experience and role dependant)
- Hybrid working- 3 days in the London office
- Start date in the next few months
- Plan, schedule and allocate resource within budgets
- Prioritise resources to projects according to delivery dates
- Assist the other Creative resource managers too when needed
- Ensure the resource tool is updated to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Run resource and budget standups with your designated studio team: CD’S/ Exec producers etc
- Manage the freelance roster and business needs, booking in freelance talent when needed
- Ensure each project is tracked to allocated budget, raising overspend and underspend across the year
- Track team utilisation and produce utilisation and burn reports
- Conflict management when needed
- Must have previously resource management experience, ideally within creative, production, broadcasting, branding studio
- Ideally experience within a large, busy and fast paced creative agency
- Experienced with project/resource scheduling software.
