You will support the resource management department to ensure all freelancers are legally compliant, have been onboarded correctly and issue them the relevant paperwork and tech.
You will support the hiring managers in finding them the best freelance talent, predominantly across the client services teams, project management & account management.
- ASAP start, can be flexible
- Up to £350 day rate, inside IR35
- Flexible hybrid working – London office
- 3 months initial freelance contract, could roll or potentially become permanent
- Liaise with hiring managers on their live freelance roles and recruit these roles, using their current pool of freelance talent, your black book, linkedin or using external recruiters
- Ensure all freelance candidates are background checked and set them up on the ATS freelancer platform
- Ensure all freelancers have a company laptop and ensure logistics of delivery or pick up
- Create PO’s for freelance bookings
- Manage any contract extensions and paper work
- Manage freelance timesheets and ensure they are signed off efficiently
- Naturally very organised
- Ideally experience working in a creative environment
- Confident speaking to candidates and stake holders
- Experience working with ATS platforms helpful
- Someone who enjoys recruitment
- Used to working to deadlines
