You will analyse raw data and narrate this into practical actionable insights for campaign and delivery decision making
- Hybrid working- 3 days a week in the London Studio
- Circa £350-£380 day rate (inside IR35)
- 6 month contract
- Ideally April/ May start date
- Maintain critical monthly reporting, supporting forecasting cycles, keep dashboards/datasets stable and improving reliability/reducing manual effort (where feasible)
- Own the monthly performance reporting pack delivery – build, validate, co-ordinate commentary and produce a clear narrative
- Support with forecasting – track assumptions, changes, and align outputs with the Finance department
- Maintain and improve management information for internal stakeholders
- Maintain dashboards and datasets – fix breaks fast, improve data quality, reduce rework
- Keep documentation/runbooks up to date and accurate
- Provide day-to-day direction to Junior Business Analysts when needed (tasking/coaching, no formal line management)
- Must have experience working in an advertising/ production/ broadcast focused agency
- Advanced Excel skills (pack building, controls, validation – Power Query is a bonus)
- Proven experience delivering monthly MI packs / stakeholder-ready reporting in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder management – can run a cadence, chase inputs and manage deadlines
- Strong QA mindset, able to spots issues, drive root-cause fixes and improves process
- SQL experience
- Experience with SAP/ Ariba is beneficial
