This role will suit someone who is curious, inquisitive and likes to work collaboratively with the wider team. You will have the opportunity to be client facing and build solid relationships.
You will use consumer research, data analysis, social media and market research to spot trends and support the strategy team on new projects and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
You will be given the freedom to deep dive into brand research and will always be encouraged to think outside the box. This role won’t suit anyone who has a rigid mindset. It’s all about presenting tangible ‘storytelling’ insights and context to the client.
- Up to £45k + bonus
 - 4 days in the London office
 
- Quantitative research, working with third parties, interpret and present on consumer trends
 - Create surveys, working with third parties to conduct research, testing and formalise the results.
 - Support on the evaluation of client research briefs
 - Analyse raw data, provide insights and storytelling to make recommendations
 - Ensure accuracy of research result at all times
 - Use studies to aid your creative evaluation
 - Analyse social and digital data
 - Support on live projects from initial questionnaire creation through to delivery of final output, keeping the teams updated with progress and resource requirements. ​
 
- Inquisitive with the ability to turn insights into storytelling
 - Curious about AI and experience using AI tools to aid data analytics
 - Experience with survey design
 - experience using existing quantitative methodologies
 - Experience working with luxury brands (ideally)
 - Experience with social listening tools and website analytics
 - French language skills would be beneficial
 - Experience of wider consumer research tools like GWI is preferable.
