I am looking to speak to results-driven Business Development Manager's with some agencyside experience. This newly created role will be responsible for driving growth for a London-based production agency.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships across brands, agencies, and creatives. Combining commercial insight with a strong understanding of production, the Business Development Manager represents the agency’s capabilities, leads pitches and negotiations, and helps shape long-term growth in a competitive creative market.
The role will also involve attending networking events which you can help shape.
A background or interest in production would be useful for this role. Flexible working / 4 days could be an option.
