Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and events. You will collaborate closely with client services, creative, event, and business development teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives.
Key Responsibilities Project Ownership
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, lead generation programmes, and both virtual and in-person events.
- Ensure all projects align with client goals and internal KPIs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients when required.
- Provide proactive communication, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including account management, business development, creative, and operations—to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Lead quality assurance across all campaign assets and event deliverables.

- Compile post-campaign reports and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence across the agency.

- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, events, and lead-generation programmes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in monday.com.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Translates client objectives into clear, actionable project plans.
