Founded by senior leaders from major London agencies, they blend big-agency strategic thinking with start-up energy — producing culturally fluent, distinctive campaigns that punch well above their size.
They’re looking for a Strategy Director to work closely with the CSO and founders, leading brand, comms and new business thinking across drinks, gaming and fashion retail clients.
They want someone with indie energy — a growth mindset, creative ambition and the hunger to make brilliant work.
Salary is up to £75K FT or open to a 4-day work week arrangement @ £75K
