Government & Integrated Campaigns London | Hybrid | Full-time
We’re looking for a Strategy Director to lead across a portfolio of integrated campaigns, including high-profile government and behaviour-change work. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand and comms strategy who thrives in creative agency environments and is comfortable shaping big ideas that work across ATL, digital, and social.
The Role As Strategy Director, you’ll:
- Set the strategic direction on major client accounts, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven and culturally relevant.
- Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to inspire and shape ideas that are both innovative and effective.
- Develop integrated comms strategies spanning TV, OOH, digital, social, and experiential.
- Contribute to new business and pitches with compelling thinking and clear storytelling.
- Support and mentor junior strategists, helping to build their confidence and capability.
- Strong ATL and integrated agency experience, ideally with exposure to government or behaviour-change campaigns.
- The ability to turn data, research, and cultural signals into clear and motivating strategic platforms.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, able to work closely with creatives, account teams, and clients.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
