The Role
This agency is looking for a passionate Social Designer to join a growing design team. You'll work across a range of integrated social campaigns, creating content that delivers both creative impact and commercial success.
A key part of the role is the ability to craft and experiment while meeting varied deadlines. You'll think big, put social first, and guide projects from concept to completion. You're a positive team player who collaborates well across disciplines and brings fresh thinking to every brief. You know when to deep dive and when to keep things light - and can clearly explain your approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Push the boundaries of social design, developing ideas that move brands forward.
- Dissect and challenge briefs to shape a clear design direction.
- Act as a social ambassador, ensuring all design work reflects the brand values.
- Work independently and collaboratively with creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Create visually engaging, platform-native content that feels natural in the feed.
- Stay close to culture, trends, and the evolving media landscape to bring fresh thinking to your work.
- Develop design concepts that balance storytelling with platform best practice.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, and creative approaches to keep content relevant.
- Use performance insights to refine and strengthen design output.
- Design with accessibility and inclusivity in mind.
- Strong understanding of social media, design, and digital culture.
- Proven ability to identify proactive creative opportunities that drive engagement.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with social and creative teams.
- Experience interpreting client guidelines into accurate, on-brand design.
- A portfolio showcasing original social design content from concept to execution.
- Solid knowledge of social best practices across platforms, formats, and dimensions.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects.
- Experience with motion and animation design.
- Comfortable using agile design tools such as Adobe Express or Canva.
- Ability to create short-form video and dynamic content tailored for multiple platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling and confident presentation skills.
- Curiosity to explore new tools, technologies, and creative approaches.
- Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
