My client is an in-house creative team built to move at the speed of culture—creating content and campaigns that people actually want to talk about. Agile, plugged-in, and proudly disruptive, we work alongside marketing teams to make brands relevant where it matters most: online, in real time.
Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Social Creative who’s as comfortable crafting a TikTok storyboard as they are directing a scroll-stopping visual campaign. You’ll help shape creative that doesn’t just fill feeds—but feeds the conversation.
This role can be based either in London or Amsterdam.
What You’ll Do:
- Concept, craft, and art direct culture-first content and social campaigns that grab attention and spark engagement.
- Lead the creative vision across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms—ensuring visual work is always sharp, on-brand, and in tune with culture.
- Mentor and inspire a pan-European team of content creators—bringing creative consistency and energy to every brief.
- Work closely with brand, strategy, and production teams to turn insight into truly original ideas.
- Keep tabs on emerging trends, formats, and conversations to make sure we stay ahead of the curve—not chasing it.
- Strong art direction and copywriting skills and a passion for digital storytelling that’s thumb-stopping and trend-savvy.
- A confident visual thinker who can brief, lead, and elevate junior creatives.
- Deep platform knowledge—especially TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social spaces.
- A love of pop culture, an eye for what’s next, and a hunger to break the mold.
- You’ve worked on lifestyle, youth, or FMCG brands.
- You’re comfortable directing shoots or collaborating with creators.
- You know your memes, and your references are always on point.
