The Role:

Social Creative Director My client is looking for a brilliant Social Creative Director to lead the charge on bold, culture-moving ideas from our London office.

You’re an ambitious, award-winning thinker who knows how to make brands famous — on social and beyond. As comfortable crafting platform-native content as you are steering big brand platforms, you’ve got a restless curiosity for how creativity, community and culture collide.


What You’ll Do
  • Create standout, social-first ideas that turn insight into impact — work that earns attention, not just impressions.
  • Collaborate across Strategy, Design, Production and Client Services to turn sharp thinking into culture-shifting campaigns.
  • Be a trusted creative partner — helping clients and teams see what great looks like in social.
  • Lead and mentor creatives at every level, nurturing talent, raising the bar, and pushing the work forward.
  • Champion creativity, craft and cultural relevance in every brief, brainstorm and build.
What You’ll Bring
  • A fluent understanding of internet culture — trends, tone, memes and moments.
  • Killer copywriting and concepting skills: sharp, witty, and strategically on point.
  • A strong visual eye and confident art direction chops — from creator briefs to shoot floors.
  • Experience across the full content spectrum: from big-budget hero films to agile, lo-fi social.
  • Curiosity for new tools, tech and the creative potential of emerging platforms and AI.
  • Natural leadership — mentoring, inspiring and making the work (and the people) better.
  • Confidence in the room — able to present, persuade and sell in bold ideas with conviction.
  • A collaborative, ego-free mindset (seriously, this one matters).
  • An entrepreneurial drive to spot opportunities, push boundaries and keep raising the creative bar.
