Overview:
My client is on the hunt for an exceptional Creative Specialist to develop bold, culture-driven ideas for some of the most beloved food and FMCG brands across the UK and Europe. You'll work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, bringing together strategic insight and creative craft to deliver compelling content and campaigns that truly connect with today’s cultural moments. From TikTok trends to brand storytelling and quick-turn reactive content, you’ll be at the heart of it all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culture-First Thinking: Develop original, disruptive creative rooted in culture. Monitor trends and cultural movements, translating them into ideas that capture attention and drive relevance.
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead the development of multi-platform campaigns, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and platform-native content.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft emotionally resonant narratives that authentically bring brands to life and meet clear business objectives.
- Real-Time Creativity: Balance proactive planning with rapid-fire reactive content that taps into timely cultural moments.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with creative leads, strategists, and brand teams to co-create ideas that are strategically sound and creatively outstanding.
- Content Craftsmanship: Execute and oversee creative to the highest standards, whether it’s sharp copywriting, stunning visuals, or leading production to polished delivery.
- Food Content Savvy (Bonus): Experience crafting crave-worthy content for food or lifestyle brands is a major plus—but not a must.
- Presentation Skills: Pitch and present ideas with confidence, selling in concepts through compelling storytelling and strategic rationale.
- Experience as a Creative in a midweight to senior role, either in-house or at a creative agency.
- Experience of working on FMCG brands
- Strong portfolio of culture-first and integrated work across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media.
- Deep understanding of the UK & European cultural landscape and an eye for emerging trends.
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn brand strategy into head-turning ideas.
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Versatile in both copywriting and art direction, with a high standard of creative execution.
- Passion for experimentation, innovation, and pushing creative boundaries.
