The Role
My client is looking for a Senior Creative to join a small but mighty team, reporting to the Executive Creative Director.They want someone tenacious, curious, and bold—someone whose work makes the rest of the industry envious.
What You’ll Do
- Concept and develop campaigns and owned social ideas across multiple clients.
 - Lead creative on key accounts and present your ideas confidently.
 - Bring initiative, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to all projects.
 - Craft ideas that communicate clearly and resonate with audiences.
 - Produce creator-level work beyond traditional art direction or design.
 - Build slick, memorable decks for pitches and campaigns.
 - Understand client brands, strategies, and industries inside-out.
 - Foster strong client relationships and support new business opportunities.
 - Collaborate closely with Strategy, Design, and other teams to bring ideas to life.
 - Mentor and support junior creatives, helping grow the team’s talent.
 
- Big-thinking creative with a sharp eye for cutting-edge social.
 - Social-first, culture-obsessed, and capable of setting internet culture alight.
 - Ability to take an idea from concept to full-blown campaign that stops people in their tracks ( Work That Slaps™ ).
 - Confident presenting clear, compelling, and simple ideas.
 - Creator-level skills in art direction, design, or content creation.
 - Proven history of conceptual work that’s attention-grabbing, memorable, and unexpected.
 - Skilled in PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and other creative tools.
 - Ability to produce visual references, predict creative trends, and mock up ideas.
 - Team player who invests in agency growth and development.
