Senior Integrated Project Manager — Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, scheduling, and delivering integrated campaigns across global markets. You’ll bring strategic oversight, operational excellence, and seamless coordination to every phase of project execution.
Project & Delivery Management
  • Lead the planning and delivery of complex, multi-channel campaigns across multiple workstreams, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client-specific commercial and remuneration models, maintaining visibility of project finances and proactively flagging potential overspends.
  • Participate in regular financial status meetings to ensure accurate budget tracking and approvals.
  • Scope all projects thoroughly, sharing with internal leads for sign-off prior to kickoff.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines from briefing through to final delivery, working closely with teams across  social, art production, digital, TV, influencer marketing, PR, and more.
  • Anticipate delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Proactively communicate any timeline changes, ensuring all relevant teams and stakeholders are kept informed.

Team Collaboration & Workflow
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal departments — including account management, creative, strategy, design, production, and operations — ensuring full alignment at every stage.
  • Confidently collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated campaigns.
  • Schedule and manage all project-related meetings, ensuring participation from key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all internal approvals are secured before sharing work with clients or external partners.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of project management platforms, tools, and internal processes.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage project documentation as required, in collaboration with specialist departments where applicable.
  • Work closely with resource managers and operations leads to plan, book, and manage resourcing needs, updating them regularly on project status and requirements.
